The hours that go into assembling numbers are the reason you cannot take another account. That work is already done by the time you sit down.

Where the morning actually goes

Before you make a single decision, you have collected. A tab per platform, each with its own login, its own column names and its own idea of what counts as a conversion.

Everything you run, into one place, and back out as a report

Every ad platform and every store you are connected to streams in continuously. AdFunnl unifies and normalizes all of it into one reporting currency, turns it into live visuals, and hands the client a link instead of your afternoon.

Finding the winner among a thousand running ads

Sorting by return puts a cheap fluke on top. Sorting by spend puts your biggest mistake on top. The Best Creatives Calculator scores every ad on all of it at once and ranks them.

Each metric is standardized against the other ads in view before it is weighted, so an ad is measured against what you are actually running rather than against a number somebody picked. For accounts that sell in the inbox there is a messaging mode, weighting cost per message at 80% and click-through at 20%.

Best Creatives Calculator

Meta and Snapchat

Every ad above your minimum spend, scored and ranked in one list, with the creative itself in the page rather than an ad id you have to go and look up. Filter by platform, campaign or objective, and read it as a table or as a wall of thumbnails.

Hook & Hold Rates

Meta

Video retention, showing where viewers actually leave. The hook is the first seconds, the hold is everything after, and a brand leaderboard puts your videos in order on both.

Ad Fatigue

Every ad platform

The one report that does span all of them. A winning ad decays before the results admit it, and this is where that shows up first, while cutting it is still a decision rather than a rescue.

Ask it instead of building a view

Some questions are worth a dashboard. Most are worth thirty seconds. The assistant sits on every page, takes the question in plain English, and shows you which data it used to answer, so you can check it rather than trust it.

It remembers the workspace it is answering about. And if you already work in Claude or ChatGPT, the MCP server lets them query the same unified data directly.

Which client moved the most this week, and why?
  • Blended ROAS across your accounts is 5.00x this week, against 4.63x last week.
  • Client C moved most: 6.80x, up from 5.24x, on 9% less spend.
  • Client F is the drag at 3.00x, and its spend is up 14%.

Where the extra capacity comes from

Every account you took on used to bring its own collecting with it: its own tabs, its own conversions, its own report at the end of the month. That is the part that capped you, and it is the part that stops repeating.

  1. 1

    Connect the account

The platforms and the store hook up once. A full backfill of the last 90 days runs, so the account has history the day you take it on.

  2. 2

    Clone the template

Build one account the way you actually want an account read, save it, and every account after that starts from it. You are not designing a dashboard again.

  3. 3

    Stop assembling

It syncs hourly, and the last three days get re-fetched every time so late conversions land. The screen is current before you open it.

  4. 4

Hand the client their own link

A live view-only link with their logo on it. The questions that used to interrupt you get answered without reaching you.

What you are probably thinking

“I live in Ads Manager and I trust it.”

Keep it. Ads Manager is where you build and adjust, and nothing here asks you to stop. What it cannot tell you is what the other platforms and the store did, which is the number your scaling decisions actually rest on.

“Another dashboard is another thing to maintain.”

There is nothing to keep up. Connections sync hourly on their own, and the last three days are re-fetched every sync so conversions that report late still land in the right place.

“The numbers will not match the platforms.”

Every metric has a published methodology page showing how it is calculated. Data logs and sync jobs show when each account last updated and whether it worked, and a snapshot freezes exactly what you sent so last month cannot move.

“Reporting is not my job.”

Agreed, and that is the argument for it. The client opens their own live link and your lead reads the same screen you do, so the questions stop arriving as interruptions on your afternoon.

“Setting this up will eat a week I do not have.”

One account, built properly, saved as a template. Everything after that is a connection and a clone.

Changing budgets without leaving the screen

Pausing a campaign and moving a budget happen from inside the dashboard, so the decision and the action are in the same place. Where that stands today:
