Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AdFunnl, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

AdFunnl is an advertising analytics platform that aggregates performance data from connected ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat) and data sources (Google Sheets, Shopify, and others) into a unified dashboard. We provide data visualization, reporting, and insights tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdFunnl.

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), you authorize AdFunnl to access and store data from that platform on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts and that doing so does not violate the terms of those platforms.

You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over it.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

AdFunnl is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed will be perfectly accurate at all times, as it depends on data availability from third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdFunnl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Paymob. Prices are shown on the Plans page before you pay. If you turn on auto-renew, your saved card is charged at the start of each new period; you can turn auto-renew off or remove your card at any time from the Plans page, and your plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds:

• Your first payment for a workspace can be refunded in full within 7 days of paying, straight from the Plans page. Your workspace moves back to the Free plan as soon as the refund is confirmed.

• Renewals, upgrades and later payments are not refundable from the app. If you think one was charged in error, contact us at support@adfunnl.com and we'll review it.

• Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or wallet provider, usually a few business days.

• Kiosk (cash) payments can't be refunded through Paymob; contact us and we'll arrange it.
